Returns & Delivery


We accept returns to the USA.

Returns or exchange must be requested within 14 days (including weekends) after delivery. Once the label has been created you will have 7 to drop it off at your local carrier in order to receive a refund. 

Please ship your return  or exchange within a 7-day timeframe post-approval. Failing to do so may result in the cancellation of the complimentary return label provided and a rejected return or exchange request. After 7 days, the return label will expire.. This will result in the refund being issued as store credit towards a future purchase.

We understand deliveries may sometimes be delayed, therefore, return packages postmarked within the 14 days will still be eligible for a refund.

Packages returned to us after 14 days are not eligible for a refund or exchange, but can receive store credit only. Packages returned to us after 21 days are not eligible for a refund ans exchange or store credit.

We do not cover the return postage, however, our system will automatically generate your label and deduct the shipping fee from your refund. Shipping fees aren't refundable, and any refund or exchange provided will have the return shipping fee subtracted. If you received free shipping on your order - we will deduct $9.99 from the total refund amount ($9.99 + return shipping costs).

Returns requesting a refund will be charged an 8% restock fee.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Returns requesting an exchange will be charged a $5.00 handling fee.

 An email notification from our team will be sent as soon as the exchange has been processed.

Any return or exchange sent back to us without a return label provided by our return portal or a support team member will not be processed and will be disposed of or shipped back at the customer's expense.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, without any marks or signs of wear (ex. makeup marks, animal hairs(s), deodorant marks, etc., in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Products marked Sale or gift cards cannot be returned.

We cannot currently create return labels for APO/FPO addresses, as they require customs information for shipping.

  2. Input Details - Submit your order number and email address.
  3. Once your return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Using the provided label, please drop off your package at Post Office.

In the case any returns or exchanges that does not conform with return policy, it will be declined and will be shipped back at the customer's expense or disposed of.

Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. 

In case of approval, store credits are immediately dispatched, while refunds to your original payment method will typically be processed within 5-10 business days post-approval. Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.
